Guys, if your destination suggest you need to go on board Super Ferry, please do not book online especially if you are booking for a friend and you use credit card to pay for the ticket.
Unless your friend is just the same place as with you, no problem, you can photocopy your credit card and affix your signature but if your friend/family is from another town, DON’T. Tendency is your friend may not be able to depart as scheduled as he/she may be denied to go on board due to lack of supporting documents (i.e. no photocopy of credit card with signature affixed to it, etc)
And beat this, should you wish to request for a refund, their turnaround time is 60 days. So, I suggest, if Super Ferry is your vessel of choice, book via brick and mortar
