In order to convert your MS Word/Excel files into PDF, you need to install the PDF converter. I suggest you use PrimoPDF and it’s for free.  See procedures here

After you have successfully downloaded the pdf converter, you are now ready to convert your files (MS Word, Excel, etc) into PDF.

Here’s how:

  1. Open your MS Word/Excel/Notepad files as you do normally
  2. Once opened hit File then hit Print
  3. Then a print dialog box appears, find the one that says PrimoPDF
  4. Then hit the Print button
  5. A PrimoPDF dialog box appears
  6. Hit Create PDF button
  7. Then select the location where you want the pdf file to be saved. (I suggest you save it in Desktop first then just transfer it later)
  8. Type the filename
  9. Then hit the Save button
  10. Wait until the newly converted file automatically opened on a pdf view
