The above picture is what I call the “SRP Observation Deck”, located in South Road Properties (popularly known by its abbreviation, SRP), the subway connecting the cities of Cebu and Talisay in the province of Cebu. In this observatory deck, you can relax and enjoy the view while waiting for your other companions or to simply just stop over and enjoy the cool breeze of the whistling wind.
If you want to visit the far south of Cebu (province) or go to Talisay City faster, I would suggest, take this route. Entry point is beside Plaza Independencia. Extra caution though as their are a number of vehicular accidents reported.
