My name’s aRVee, it’s  an abbreviation of my real name. I’m just a simple person who loves coffee, beach, music and travel.

Quotes keep me going and I enjoy collecting them, for me to be constantly inspired and motivated and to always reaffirm myself that life’s like that (full of mysteries and wonders, joys and sorrows, trials and triumphs, failures and successes)

The only constant in life is change and one of those changes is my priority. I love to travel but I no longer travel much  lately as I prefer to stay home on weekends, by choice, but that doesn’t make me inflexible.

Caring for a member of your household is such a fulfilling job to do especially if that person is your mother and I am privileged to be given that chance to be able to care for her (shared with my siblings) because not all are given the opportunity to do so. In life we have to sacrifice a thing or two in exchange for something.

Purpose:

  • On creating this website I hope to be able to share with you some useful links/info that you can use for your business/personal needs or simply just to ease your boredom.
Coverage:
  • I hope to cover anything/everything under the sun but more on topics related to travel, business resources, anything Cebu, music and WordPress’ Topic Ideas/Weekly Photo Challenge.

To suggest a topic or discuss project-based/part-time job opportunities, contact me or email me at arvee2011@hotmail.com

Thanks,
aRVee

Being away from my parents makes me a little envious with your chance to care for your parents. You’re right that such is fulfilling job. It was inevitable for me to sacrifice that part of serving your parents because my work is based here in the metro. I only visit them from time to time since I started working.

Continue taking care of your parents, ARVEE. That’s indeed a wonderful act. More power to our blogs and our friends’.

Being given the chance to care for our parents is indeed a fulfilling thing to do because not all has that chance. Though stressful, at times but it’s all WORTH IT…

As for your parents, yeah take time to visit them and when you do give them QUALITY time, they will most appreciate it…

Thanks for stopping by my blog, aRVee. I like your “About Me”. The ability to take care of your parents and siblings is not a common one, and I congratulate you for doing something so admirable. I’ll be checking your posts out.

  9. Jacqueline says:

Cool background for your blog–makes me want coffee! How did you do that?

    • aRVee says:

Hi Jacqueline, nice to have you here. Glad you like the background.. Yeah a toast to a cup of coffee to you…

As to how did I put the coffee? I changed the background image to the “coffee image”.

Not sure if your theme supports the Custom background option. If it does, here are the steps:

      -Go to your Dashboard
-Scroll down until you find Appearance then click Background
-Then upload your favorite background image.

*Background image usually works best at this size 1920×1200

      Hope this helps.

  11. Guess what I’m listening while I’m writing this comment? It’s ” Lift Me Up” by the ” The Afters.” Moving song. Makes me feel that with love, we can do anything, be anything! Have you heard about it? Thanks for the recent comment on the Halloween post. Are you joining this weeks Weekly photo post? There are so many “hidden” beautiful places and persons in our country. If you have time listen to MercyMe song Bring The Rain. Hope it makes you smile my friend as it did to me. God bless you always.

    • aRVee says:

Yeah I did join this week’s photo challenge and as a matter of fact, you are the first who commented on that post…

Hmmm, could be that you are “Lifted up” when you made your comment… lol…

Yeah I’ll take note on the song and I will listen to it tomorrow. Thanks for suggesting and definitely I will drop you a comment… Have a great weekend ahead! :)

    • aRVee says:

Thanks my friend, I like the song… Now I’m reminded that I have not been listening to gospel/contemporary/christian rock songs for quite sometime now…

Thanks also for suggesting Lift Me Up by The Afters, I love the song as well… You can see my post here

  12. I could barely finish the video. It made me cry literally! ” I have my family, I am loved.” written on the mirror as the song was about to end said it all. Thank you. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s going to shed tears after watching the video. I guess I’m just so human with my emotions….

    • aRVee says:

Yeah I agree, and I have my family too who love me the best they could. Thanks my friend for suggesting the songs, reminded me that I have not been listening to this genre for quite sometime now… God bless you my friend. Stay blessed! :)

Motives Divas, hi, nice to have you here. Welcome to my blog.

It’s great to know you were there to care for your dad before he passed away. It is very comforting indeed and I’m sure that though you lost him, you seemed fulfilled because in his lifetime, you were there to give your time and attention to care for him, you must be fortunate enough as not all have that chance.

Glad to know Philippines is in your wish list. Hopefully you can visit here someday and please do blog about it. Should you wish to ask any information of the destination you are planning to go to, just shoot me an email or leave a reply here.

Again, thanks for dropping by and feel free to come back again here.

      Stay blessed! :)
