The image above is taken from the recent monsoon flooding in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. What’s wrong in the image is that it’s man-made. Wrong because if only there were proper waste disposal, unclogged drainage, no illegal settlers, no illegal loggers, etc, the scenario could have been avoided or that it could not be as worse as it already is.

Please don’t get me wrong, but the above situation could happen to anywhere in the world, my hometown – Cebu included, if we have to continue to take for granted and abuse our environment. We all need to protect and preserve mother earth.

  13. It saddens me to see something like this. A tragedy instead. I feel sorry that poor and the helpless have to suffer. I agree, it is all man made and now everyone is paying for the harm done to mother natures many years ago. A lesson we all should learn from. God bless to you and your family.

thanks bro… yeah it is sad indeed to learn that our fellowmen have to suffer such scenario above but everyone should do his/her share to care and protect mother earth, it is not always proper to blame everything to the government.

God bless you too and your family. Stay blessed! πŸ™‚
