Weekly Photo Challenge: Merge

This week’s photo challenge is Merge and I would like to share with you how to merge vegetables onto your regular recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients: (Good for 3 servings)

  • 3 Eggs
  • Malunggay (leaves only)
  • 1 Small Onions (sliced)
  • 2 Tomatoes (sliced)
  • Seasoning

How to prepare:
Add seasoning to the eggs, beat and merge all the ingredients together then fry.

Health benefits:
Malunggay is known for its nutritional benefits and medicinal values. Click here to learn more

Ingredients: (Good for 3 servings)

  • 2 packs of Chicken noodles
  • Alugbati leaves
  • 4 cups of water

How to prepare:
Add the chicken noodles to 4 cups of boiling water, mix the seasoning (from the noodle pack), then add the alugbati leaves, leave for about 3 minutes.

Health benefits:
Just like Malunggay, Alugbati is known for its nutritional benefits and medicinal values. It is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron and Calcium. Click here to learn more.
